After nine years of living the beginning of my life in Aberdeen, Scotland…my family decided to venture off to Canada! When we came to Quesnel I thought POOR ME!...Anyways, I started with Vista Radio in 2006 as an account representative and when I failed miserably at that, the guys here took me under their wing and told me to try out for the announcer position…well guess what…I’m still here terrorizing the place! Don’t know what got me into this job, but it sure beats working for a living! Being the only female announcer here in the Cariboo, I have to keep all the guys in line! …you’d be proud of me girls…especially having to put up with all the nicknames they’ve given me!…Lately I’ve had a bit of the travelling bug, which is one of my many passions, along with my little Chihuahua Meya, and of course my hugely supportive family.
